Its a web site called xtranormal, you pick out characters and their voices, a setting, and sounds. Then you type out a script. The voices are kind of robotic, but I think that's what makes it so funny.
Here is my first movie

Very cool.  Most of us really enjoy it when Tanner uses it for her Book Reviews too.
